Good home care combined with regular visits is the foundation for a lifetime of healthy, beautiful smiles.
How often should I brush my teeth?
Brush after each meal or at least twice daily — in the morning and before bed. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste, brushing for at least two minutes each time.
Is flossing really necessary?
Yes. Flossing removes plaque from between teeth and below the gumline where brushing alone can't reach. We recommend flossing at least once a day, preferably before bedtime.
Should I use mouthwash?
Mouthwash can be a helpful addition to brushing and flossing but shouldn't replace them. We can recommend the right type of mouthwash based on your needs — antibacterial, fluoride, or sensitivity formulas.
When should I replace my toothbrush?
Replace your toothbrush every 3–4 months, or sooner if the bristles appear frayed. A worn toothbrush is much less effective at removing plaque.
